SHIPPING & RETURNS
Since our products are hand made in small batches, a processing time will apply to some orders before they are shipped. Though we do often carry some items on a ready to ship basis, processing time is currently: 3-4 business days. Understand that processing time has no bearing on the shipping times, So there is always an additional time frame for shipping. Rush orders may be accepted on an individual basis along with an additional fee. Please contact us BEFORE purchasing and we will let you know if we are able to process your order for the time frame requested.
Payment and Shipping
We will always do our best to ensure that we offer our customers the best possible shipping rates. Our orders are shipped priority mail through USPS. Rates are subject to change by the carrier and what their current rates are at the time of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
****General items: We will accept returns for products damaged during shipping. An even exchange for that same product will be shipped to you. Please note: the exchange will only take place once the damaged item has been returned to our shop within 14 days of delivery.
****Custom Items: Since these items are made specifically for your event, cancellations are not honored and any payments that have been made will be forfeited by the purchaser. To ensure the entire order will meet your standards, we will need to be sure all custom orders have been approved by the purchasing party in advance. It is also understood by the purchaser that once a deposit is placed, Scented Ambiance LLC will not be held liable for the wrong choices of colors schemes and/or scents by the purchaser for their event.
